A Dysfunctional United Nations Up for Renewal

Anne Bayefsky gives a good overview of the disfunctional United Nations in her article for National Review U. N. Reformed. She concludes with "The straight goods on U.N. 'reform' tomorrow would be an important first step in redirecting U.S. foreign policy away from the game of U.N. reform to the design of an effective multilateral institution that meets the needs of democracy in the 21st century."
